肝内胆管结石采用腔镜肝切除术治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析对肝内胆管结石患者采用腹腔镜肝切除术治疗的临床效果。方法选择肝内胆管结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为腹腔镜治疗组和开腹治疗组,各41例。给予腹腔镜治疗组患者进行腹腔镜肝切除术治疗,给予开腹治疗组患者开腹肝切除术治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标、术后恢复情况、临床疗效和术后复发率等。结果腹腔镜治疗组患者术中出血量、止痛药使用情况、下床活动时间、恢复意识时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症发生率、术后复发率均显著低于开腹治疗组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝内胆管结石患者采用腹腔镜肝切除术治疗效果显著,创伤更小、恢复更快,并发症发生率更低,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hepatolithiasis by laparoscopic liver resection.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital for treatment of hepatolithiasis patients as the research object,randomly for laparoscopic group and laparotomy group,41cases each.Patients in the treatment group were given laparoscopic laparoscopic liver resection,given laparotomy resection in the treatment of patients with liver surgery group,the index of the two groups were compared,postoperative recovery,clinical efficacy and postoperative recurrence rate.Results Laparoscopic patients treated with intraoperative blood loss,the use of analgesics,ambulation time,consciousness recovery time,postoperative hospitalization Time,the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate were significantly lower than the laparotomy group,with statistically significant data difference(P<0.05).Conclusion On hepatolithiasis by laparoscopic liver resection of significant curative effect,less trauma,faster recovery,and less complications,it is worthy of popularization and application in the clinic.
