观察不同用药方案治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效差异

摘　　要：目的分析不同用药方案用于治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院于2009年3月~2010年4月收治的社区获得性肺炎患者57例作为对照组,使用左氧氟沙星进行治疗;选取本院于2014年6月~2015年7月收治的社区获得性肺炎患者57例作为观察组,采用左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素的方法进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗有效率、患者肺部障碍消除情况、患者不良反应情况以及患者治疗满意度。结果观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者肺部障碍消除时间小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出现不良反应情况明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗满意度高于对照组,差异无统计学意义。结论使用左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗社区获得性肺炎能够在临床中取得良好效果,这种治疗方法应当予以推广和使用。Objective Analyze the clinical efficacy of different medication regimens in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.Methods To select57paints in our hospital who with community-acquired pneumoniafrom March2009to April2010as the control group.To select57paints in our hospital who with community-acquired pneumonia from June2014to July2015as the observation group.The control group was treated by levofloxacin;The observation group was treated by levofloxacin combined with azithromycin.Compared the effective rate of treatment,observed the removal of pulmonary obstruction,compared the adverse reactions of patients and the satisfaction.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group of patients with pulmonary disorders eliminate time less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Patients in the observation group had adverse reaction condition of the people was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The patients in the observation group satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The use of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia can achieve good results in clinical practice,and this treatment should be promoted and used.
