摘　　要：目的分析早产儿及足月儿黄疸期凝血功能的改变。方法选取黄疸患儿94例,其中早产黄疸患儿41例,足月黄疸患儿53例。将上述两组患儿设置为早产儿组以及足月组。并以同期的健康新生儿47例进行对比分析,观察3组患儿的凝血酶原时间、部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶时间以及纤维蛋白原的变化;同时对黄疸患儿的血胆红素水平进行分析,观察其对凝血功能的影响。结果早产儿组与足月儿组相较于对照组,在PT、APTT以及TT上均明显增加,而FIB则明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄疸患儿胆红素水平越高越容易引发凝血功能变化。结论足月和早产黄疸因素会引发凝血功能出现变化,且会增加血胆红素的水平,所以,在新生儿科临床中应增加对黄疸患儿的凝血功能监测,并采取针对措施来预防凝血功能的改变。Objective To analyze the changes of coagulation function in premature infants and term children during jaundice.Methods Forty-nine children with jaundice admitted who were enrolled in this study,including41children with premature jaundice and53children with full-term jaundice.The above two groups of children were set up as preterm children and full-term group.The levels of prothrombin time,partial prothrombin time,thrombin time and fibrinogen were observed in all the three groups of healthy children.The blood bilirubin in children with jaundice was also observed.And to observe the effect on coagulation function.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of PT,APTT and TT were significantly increased in the preterm infantile group and the infants group,while the FIB was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The higher the level of bilirubin in children with jaundice is more likely to cause coagulation changes.Conclusion Full-term and preterm labor jaundice factors will lead to changes in coagulation function,and will increase the level of blood bilirubin,so in the clinical study of neonatal pediatric children should increase the monitoring of coagulation function,and to take measures to prevent Changes in coagulation function.
