直接药敏试验与常规药敏试验在临床血液细菌鉴定与检验中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的研究直接药敏试验与常规药敏试验在临床血液细菌鉴定与检验中的临床价值。方法观察样本选取413例需行血液细菌检验患者其阳性血液标本,将每例样本分作两份,分别实施直接药敏实验与常规药敏试验,观察并分析两种试验结果中细菌鉴定结果、药物敏感度、试验所需时间等。结果研究表明,两种试验G+球菌与G-杆菌鉴定符合率达80.93%与89.47%;两种试验的G-杆菌与G+球菌在耐药、中度敏感、敏感等药物敏感度指标对比,差异无统计学意义;常规药敏试验操作平均时间可见明显长于直接药敏试验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直接药敏试验与常规药敏试验在临床血液细菌鉴定与检验中均可获取相关病原菌药物特性等有效信息,但直接药敏试验能更快速地获取相应试验结果,可见在实际应用中可为患者针对性治疗与用药争取更多时间。Objective To study the clinical value of direct drug sensitivity test and routine drug sensitivity test in clinical blood bacteria identification and test.Methods To select413cases of patients were collected for bacterial blood test positive blood samples,each sample is divided into two parts,respectively,the implementation of direct drug sensitivity test and conventional drug susceptibility testing,observation and analysis of two kinds of test results in the identification of bacteria and drug sensitivity test results,the time required.Results Two kinds of test G+aureus and Bacillus G-identification coincidence rate was80.93%and89.47%;two trials of G-coli and G+aureus in contrast sensitivity index of resistance,moderate sensitive and sensitive drugs,the difference was not statistically significant;the average time of routine drug sensitivity test operation can be seen significantly longer than the direct drug sensitivity test.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Direct drug sensitivity test and conventional drug susceptibility testing of pathogens can obtain relevant drug characteristics of effective information in the clinical blood bacterial identification and inspection,but the direct drug sensitivity test can quickly obtain the corresponding test results,visible in the practical application of patients for treatment and medication to strive for more time.
