摘　　要：目的观察和探讨Alberta婴儿运动量表(AIMS)在0~1岁高危儿运动监测中的应用。方法选取0~1岁脑损伤高危儿300例,均接受AIMS量表和Peaboby运动发育粗大运动量表(PDMS2GM)的评估。对AIMS总分PDMS2GM量表总评分进行Spearman相关性分析,AIMS百分位与PDMS2GM量表评分根据Kappa值进行定性分析。并对两个量表检查时间进行比较。结果 AIMS总分与PDMS2GM量表总评分的相关系数为0.92(P<0.01);AIMS百分位与PDMS2GM量表总评分的相关系数为0.61。AIMS评估时间平均(10.5±3.2)min,PDMS2GM量表总评分评估时间平均(15.2±4.1)min(P<0.05)。结论 AIMS与PDMS2GM量表总评分在0~1岁高危儿的运动发育监测与评估中具有较高的一致性,但是AIMS量表检测应用时间较短。Objective To observe and investigate the Alberta infant motor scale(AIMS)used in0-1motor in monitoring high risk infants.Methods300cases of high-risk infant injury in our hospital underwent brain0-1years,AIMS scale and Peaboby motor development gross motor scale(PDMS2GM)assessment of the.AIMS score PDMS2GM score Spearman correlation analysis,AIMS percentile and PDMS2GM score according to Kappa value and the qualitative analysis.The two time scale examination were compared.Results The coefficient of correlation of AIMS score and PDMS2GM score was0.92(P<0.01);the correlation coefficient percentile and PDMS2GM score of AIMS for assessment of0.61.AIMS time average(10.5±3.2)min,PDMS2GM score evaluation time average(15.2±4.1)min(P<0.05).Conclusion AIMS and PDMS2GM score in the0-1age of high-risk infants have a high consistency in the development of monitoring and evaluation.
