摘 要:传统的太阳电池阵表面覆盖有玻璃盖片,可以使太阳电池免受空间环境中紫外线、原子氧以及质子和电子粒子等空间高能射线和高能粒子的辐射和轰击。一种新型盖片——赝形玻璃盖片的研制,可以提高盖片的柔性,同时降低成本。此种盖片由空间材料制备而成,可以完全涂覆在整个太阳电池阵的表面。介绍了赝形玻璃盖片的制作方法以及性能测试,分析了影响此盖片性能的相关因素,以便于优化盖片的制作状态。Solar cells of traditional space solar arrays were covered with microsheets of glass.The glass sheets could provide protection for solar cells from the protons radiation,electrons radiation,ultraviolet light and atomic oxygen present in the space environment.A new coverglass design,called PseudoMorphic Glass,had increased the flexibility of the coverglass and decreased the cost.This kind of coverglass were composed of space-qualified materials.They could be completely coated the entire solar panel.The preparation method and performance of PMG were introduced.The relevant factors of influencing the performance were analyzed.Then the cover sheet state could be better optimized.
