摘 要:选用表面具有活性作用的咪唑类离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲磺酸盐([emim]Otf)作为电解液添加剂。当添加的[emim]Otf含量不同时,通过线性伏安扫描法、循环伏安法、充放电循环、扫描电镜等方法对其进行表征,研究添加剂含量对电池的循环寿命及析氢过电位的影响。研究结果表明,添加[emim]Otf后不仅可以抑制析氢的作用,还可以提高其析氢过电位。由于[emim]Otf的表面张力较低、表面活性较高,可吸附于活性物质的表面,提高其晶体的成核率,同时可抑制PbSO_4颗粒的增大,使电池的循环寿命提高。经过分析发现,当添加[emim]Otf的质量为活性物质质量的0.4%时,电池寿命提高得最多,约为10.9%。The surface of the active role of the ionic liquid of the ionic liquid1-ethyl-3-methyl-methyl-three were selected as the electrolyte additives.When the content of[emim]Otf added was different,the methods of linear sweep voltammetry,circulation voltammetry,charge discharge cycling,scanning electron microscope(SEM)were characterized,and the effects of additive content on the battery cycle life and hydrogen evolution overpotential were studied.The results show that[emim]Otf could not only inhibit the hydrogen evolution,but also increase the hydrogen evolution potential.Due to the[emim]Otf of lower surface tension,higher activity,it could adsorb on the surface of the active material,and the crystal nucleation rate could be improved.At the same time the increase of PbSO4particles could be inhibited,and the cycle life of the battery was improved.Through the analysis,it can be found that when the mass of the added[emim]Otf is0.4%of the active mass,the maximumof the battery life is up to about10.9%.
