摘 要:石墨烯量子点(graphene quantum dots,GQDs)是三维尺度限域的零维纳米材料,以其优异的电学、热学和光学性能在众多领域备受关注。介绍了石墨烯量子点的主要制备方法,自上而下法主要包括水热法、电化学法和化学剥离碳纤维法,自下而上法主要包括溶液化学法、微波辅助和超声法,对纳米刻蚀法和钌催化C60转化法也做了简要介绍。Graphene quantum dots(GQDs)were zero dimensional nanomaterials in the three-dimensional scale domain possesses,with the excellent electrical,thermal and optical properties,it had been paid much attention in many fields.The main synthetic methods of GQDs were introduced,top-down approach mainly consisted of hydrothermal methods,electrochemical strategies and chemical exfoliation of carbon fibers,bottom-up method mainly involved solution chemistry methods,microwave assisted and ultrasonic method.Also some brief introductions of some special methods such as electro-beam lithography and ruthenium-catalyzed C60transformation which need harsh preparation conditions were given.
