摘　　要：论文通过对新时期高校图书馆价值的背景研究,总结了我国高校图书馆现有组织建构的特点,依据逻辑分析的方法对当前高校图书馆结构模式建设的新要求进行了理论总结,认为对高校图书馆组织结构的创新,必须满足环境和谐、供需服务高效、管理便捷、具有自学习能力和易评价性等条件。On the basis of researching the value of university libraries in the new period,this paper sums up the characteristics of the organization structure of university libraries in China.According to the results of logical analysis,it concludes the new requirements for the construction of university library’s structure.It believes that the innovation of the organizational structure of the university library must meets the requirements of environmental harmony,efficienct supply and demand service,convenient management,with self-learning function and easy to evaluate.
