摘  要:提出一种基于方波电压信号注入的表贴式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)无位置传感器控制方法。利用持续方波电压变角度励磁的方式,在电机静止时提取αβ坐标系下高频响应电流的峰值包络线,通过包络线的正弦程度来反映饱和凸极性响应;并针对传统的方波电压注入法,设计了一种简化的信号处理方法,避免在基波电流和高频响应电流提取时滤波器的使用,并消除滤波器所带来的时间延迟问题,提高位置估计精度。通过基于RTLAB的SPMSM硬件在环系统进行仿真和实验验证,结果表明:简化后的方波信号注入法能有效实现转子位置估计,适用于较低开关频率下的永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器控制。This paper proposed a position sensorless control technique for surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor(SPMSM),based on square-wave voltage injection.The peak envelopes of response currents in theαβreference frame can be extracted through injecting persistent square-wave voltage into the stator windings in different angles when the rotor is locked,and the sinusoidal degree of these envelopes was used to reflect the saturation saliency response.A simple signal processing method was designed for traditional square-wave voltage injection method,which avoids the use of filters for extracting fundamental current and high frequency response current.Hardware-in-the-loop simulation system based on RTLAB for SPMSM was constructed.The simulation and experimental results show that the proposed method can eliminate the time delay problem caused by filters and improve the position estimation precision,which can be effectively applied in low switching frequency situations.
