摘  要:为提高双吸泵的性能,基于RNG k-ε湍流模型和壁面函数法,采用ANSYS CFX软件对某双吸离心泵进行了流场为三维不可压缩湍流流场的数值模拟。得到了泵内压力、速度分布图和全流道流线分布图,计算了双吸泵性能,并将性能预测的计算值与试验值进行了对比。结果表明,利用计算流体动力学进行三维湍流数值模拟可以反映双吸泵内部真实流动,扬程、效率的变化趋势符合双吸泵工作特性的一般规律,模拟结果与试验结果一致。In order to improve the performance of a double-suction pump,numerical simulation of the double-suction centrifugal pump was carried out based on RNG k-εturbulence model and the wall function by ANSYS CFX software.The fluid is assumed as three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow.The distribution maps,those that involve the pressure and velocity,the whole passage flow line and performance of the pump were analyzed,and the calculated results of performance prediction of the pump ware compared with experimental results.It is shown that the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)can be used to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation of turbulent flow,and the change trends of head and efficiency conform to the general law of the working characteristics of double-suction pump.Simulation results are identical with the conclusion by experiment.
