摘 要:基于射频识别技术和GPRS技术进行冷链物流的实时监控设计,实现对冷冻产品物流供应链的全天候信息监测,提高供应链的可靠性。根据冷链物流不同阶段的特点构建信息系统,采用射频RFID技术进行标签设计,实现对产品信息的追溯与跟踪,冷链物流实时监控覆盖了冷链物流的客户、项目、库存和采购供应等管理工作,在生产、运输、消费和销售过程中通过GPRS技术进行产品的标签读取和信息反馈,将冷链物流信息由RFID标签通过GPRS通信信道传送至信息管理终端,实现冷链物流的实时监控。测试结果表明,设计的系统具有较好的实时监控能力,对冷链物流信息的传输和识别性能较好。On the basis of radio frequency identification(RFID)technology and GPRS technology,the real-time monitoring of cold chain logistics was designed to monitor the all-weather information of frozen product logistics supply chain,and improve the reliability of the supply chain.According to the characteristics of cold chain logistic at different stages,the informationsystem was constructed,and the RFID technology is used to design the label to realize the traceability and tracking of productinformation.The real-time monitoring of cold chain logistics covers the management of customer,project,inventory,procurement and supply of cold chain logistics.The label is read and information is fed by means of GPRS technology in the process ofproduction,transportation,consumption and sales.The cold chain logistics information is transmitted to information managementterminal through GPRS communication channel by means of RFID to monitor the cold chain logistics in real time.The test results show that the system has strong real-time monitoring ability,and high transmission and identification abilities for coldchain logistics information.
