摘　　要：基于心理学中的职业延迟满足相关理论,探析当前大学生就业过程中存在的偏差和相关问题,为大学生就业和高校职业指导教育提供有益的建议,即加强大学生职业延迟满足能力的培养有助于大学生在就业过程中准确找到适合自身生存和发展的位置,也有利于高校就业工作的指导和开展。Based on the relevant theory on vocational delay of gratification in psychology,this paper explores the misunderstandings and related problems existing in college students'employment,and then provide useful suggestions for college students'employment and vocational guidance education in colleges and universities.Strengthening the cultivation of college students'ability of vocational delay of gratification helps college students to accurately find their own places of survival and development,and also helps colleges and universities to effectively carry out employment guidance.
