摘　　要：利用磁栅尺与数字图像技术相结合的方式,开发了一种针对大量程引伸计的校准装置。将所设计的校准装置与Renishaw公司的XL-80激光干涉仪同时对一台大量程引伸计进行校准。实验结果表明,所设计的大量程引伸计校准装置在25~500 mm测量范围内的最大允许误差为0.09%。最后,对校准装置的不确定度进行了分析。In this paper,based on the integration of magnetic railing ruler and digital image correlation technology,a new calibration device for the wide range extensometer is developed.By calibrating a large range extensometer simultaneously with a laser interferometer(Renishaw,model:XL-80),the measuring range and the precision of the designed calibration device is verified.Results show that the maximum error in the range of25-500mm is0.09%.The uncertainty of the calibration device is analysed.
