摘 要:针对一次动力电池可用于实航试验子样数很少的局限性,单纯采用经典可靠性评估方法难以满足鱼雷工作可靠性试验鉴定需求。通过分析电动力鱼雷可靠性结构,设计全雷工作可靠性试验方案,提出全雷实航工作可靠度评估方法。计算实例表明,该方法简单实用,在仅有少量一次动力电池的条件下,可准确做出高置信水平的电动力鱼雷全雷实航可靠度评估。Assessing working reliability of an electric power torpedo only by conventional reliability assessment method is not satisfactory because of the limitation that the primary power battery samples for sea trial are insufficient.This paper analyzes the reliability structure of an electric power torpedo,designs a test scheme of whole torpedo working reliability,and proposes a working reliability an assessment method for whole torpedo in sea trial.Practical example shows that this method is simple and applicable to make accurate working reliability assessment of an electric power torpedo at high confidence level.
