摘　　要：为解决天钢2000m^3高炉齿轮传动箱倾动齿轮箱小齿轮轴头漏油问题,分析了漏油处密封结构形式和性能,通过现场测绘密封尺寸,将耐热型加强硅胶油封改造双剖分双锁固油封。改造后的双剖分式油封尺寸合适,使用效果良好,解决了齿轮箱漏油问题,保证了高炉的安全稳定运行。In order to deal with the leakage at the pinion shaft head of Tiangang2000m3BF transmission gearbox tilting gearbox,the structure and performance of the oil seal were analyzed.The dimensions of oil seal were measured on field.The heat-resistant reinforced silicon oil seal was exchanged into dual split and locking type.After modification,the dimension of dual split seal was fit and good working effect given.The leakage problem was solved.Safe and stable running at the blast furnace was ensured.
