摘  要:铜锣沟水库尾留续建工程由于施工现场地形条件限制,加上施工工期紧张、施工质量监控难度较大等,很难满足原常规堆石混凝土施工工艺技术要求。经现场勘探,综合考虑大坝结构现状、现场施工条件、施工工期和综合投资效益等因素,经技术、经济等方面的优化比选,优选具有较强流动性和自密实性的自密实堆石混凝土技术,以缩短施工工期,提高施工质量。施工完成后,自密实堆石混凝土结构块体测试结果表明:结构体整体完整性、密实性和抗渗性均较高,块石与混凝土粘结良好,质地均匀,具有较好抗压和防渗性能。The construction of main dam continued project of Tongluogou Reservoir has problems such as limited topographical conditions,short construction period,difficulties in supervision and control of construction quality,so it is difficult to satisfy the technical requirements for conventional rockfill concreting construction.According to the field survey achievements and taking into consideration the multiple factors including current structural status of main dam,site construction conditions,construction period,cost and benefits,after a comparison in respects of technical and economical indexes,self compacting rockfill concrete was adopted since it has strong fluidity and self compactness,and requires shorter construction period with good construction quality.After construction was completed,self compacting concrete structural body were tested and the testing results demonstrate the structural body have relatively high overall integrity,compactness and impermeability;stone is well adhere to concrete and the property is homogeneous,rendering good compressive strength and impermeability.
