摘　　要：医院非医疗性志愿服务是国家层面对公立医院的要求,是北京市医药分开综合改革的需要,高度契合了当前中央提出的"为党和人民的事业增添正能量"的精神,通过建立并完善志愿服务制度,逐步形成较完整的志愿服务模式,提供持久的志愿服务活动,为医院、为医疗卫生体制改革贡献力量。Non-medical hospital volunteer service is the requirement of the national public hospitals,and the need of Beijing comprehensive medical reform of clinic and pharmacy separation.It highly fits the current central spirit of"adding positive energy for the cause of the party and the people”.By establishing and perfecting the system of volunteer service,the volunteer service mode can be gradually formed,providing lasting volunteer service activities for hospitals and contributing to the medical and health system reform.
