经济标评审中的投标报价数据聚类分析

摘　　要：文中利用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,以某一公开招标项目不同投标文件的工程量清单的报价数据为案例,通过Excel数据表对提取的数据进行预处理,主要运用数据挖掘中的聚类分析方法,对处理后的数据对其相似度和差异度进行分析,一方面尝试根据投标报价的相似度进行串通投标判别,另一方面尝试根据投标报价的差异度进行风险预警,希望能为提高经济标评审的科学性带来一些帮助。By employing the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis based on the different documents of the bill of quantities quotation data in public tender bidding,this paper preprocessed through the Excel data table of extraction,and made some analysis on the similarity and the difference after treatment through clustering in data mining.The analysis is tended to determine the collusion according to the similarity of tender offer,and to avoid the risk according to the difference degree of tender offer,hoping to help improve economic standard scientific nature.
