摘　　要：介绍了在高镁合金方铸锭中使用铣床三级屑的工艺流程,并对采用三级屑所生产的高镁合金铸锭进行质量全分析,通过和普通生产工艺对比研究,确定出使用这两种方法生产的高镁合金铸锭在微观组织及力学性能等方面并无明显差异,板材力学性能满足标准,铸锭质量优良。The process flow of high magnesium aluminum alloy using three-level chips are mainly introduced,and quality of high magnesium aluminum alloy with using three-level chips production is analyzed.Through comparative study with general production process,it is confirmed that there is no obvious difference on microstructure with these two production,mechanical properties of plate meet standard requirement.
