摘　　要：基于2000年与2010年"五普"与"六普"的汇总数据,本文借鉴区位商及人口可持续发展指数的计算方法,从教育水平、第三产业比重、劳动年龄人口比重和跨省流动人口比重4个维度计算19个城市(4个直辖市和15个副省级城市)的人口可持续发展指数,并对其发展状况的变动进行比较分析,得出副省级以上城市人口可持续发展指数呈下降趋势,且质量的中心性也相对下降。对此,本文从培养和吸引更多具有创造力的高素质人力资本的角度提出相关政策建议,以促进人口的可持续发展。Based on the aggregate data of the5th and6th National Population Census in2000and2010,this paper uses economic location quotient method and population quality development index to analyze the differences and its corresponding changes in the decade among19vice-provincial cities and municipalities in educational attainment,the proportion of tertiary industry,the proportion of working-age population,and the proportion of interprovincial migrants.The results indicate that population quality development index of the vice-provincial cities and municipalities decrease significantly in ten years.Accordingly,this study suggests that should launch the policy of attracting more high-quality creative human capital in order to promote the population sustainable development.
