家庭禀赋对农户劳动节约型技术需求的影响——基于湖北省490份农户调查数据的分析

摘　　要：基于湖北省490份农户调查数据,运用Logistic模型分析了家庭禀赋对农户劳动节约型技术需求的影响。结果表明:农户大多倾向于学习和采纳劳动节约型技术,但绝大多数农户是直接购买农机服务,而不是购置农业生产机械。家庭人力资本、社会资本、物质资本、自然资本均是影响农户劳动节约型技术需求的重要因素。其中,人力资本和物质资本的影响最为明显。在人力资本中,受教育年限越长、年龄越小、家庭劳动力规模越大的农户,学习劳动节约型技术的意愿越强、购买农业生产机械的可能性越大;在物质资本中,劳均家庭年收入越高、非农收入占比越高的农户,学习和采纳劳动节约型技术的可能性越大。Based on the investigation of490farmer households in Hubei,this paper analyzed the impact of theendowment of farmer households on the demands of labor-saving technology by using the binary Logistic model.Theresults show that:the farmers’willingness to learn and adopt the labor-saving technology is high,but the majority offarmers tend to purchase agricultural machinery service directly rather than to purchase agricultural machinery.Familyendowment including human capital,social capital,material capital and natural capital are the key factors affecting thefarmers’demands of labor-saving technology.Among them,the human capital and material capital endowment are themost profound.As for human capital endowment,the households with more family work force,younger and highereducation level are more willing to learn labor-saving technology and to buy agricultural machinery.While for materialcapital endowment,the higher the annual family income per labor force and the higher the proportion of non-agriculturalincome are,the more possible for them to learn and adopt labor-saving technology.
