摘  要:铋是一种状态稳定且无毒的金属元素,以铋为基础合成的晶体化合物在光催化剂领域中已经逐渐引起人们广泛关注。因此文中提出对异质结构BiVO_4/Bi_2O_3纳米材料进行合理设计并详细研究其光催化性能。首先,将L-赖氨酸作为表明活性剂,运用水热溶剂法制作了单斜钒酸铋晶体混合物,研究了不同制备条件对m-BiVO_4晶体形态的影响,设计不同焙烧温度对m-BiVO_4晶体样品表面性质的影响,通过运用粉末X-射线衍射仪对合成样品的比表面积和孔径结构进行分析,将制备后的晶体用于对次甲基蓝降解;其次,为进一步改善单斜钒酸铋晶体的性能,再以L-赖氨酸为试剂采用水热法制备合成异质结构的BiVO_4/Bi_2O_3纳米晶体材料,通过合理配比铋元素和钒元素获知BiVO_4/Bi_2O_3晶体材料的光催化性能较单斜钒酸铋晶体材料的性能更佳。Bismuth is a kind of metal element which is stable and non-toxic,and the synthesis of bismuth based compounds has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,we propose the rational design of heterogeneous BiVO4/Bi2O3nanomaterials and study their photocatalytic properties in detail.First of all,the L-lysine as surfactants,made of monoclinic bismuth vanadate crystal mixture by hydrothermal solvent method,studied the effect of different preparation conditions on the morphology of m-BiVO4crystal,the design effect of different calcination temperature on the surface properties of m-BiVO4crystal samples,by using powder X-ray diffraction of the synthesized samples the specific surface area and pore structure analysis,the preparation of the crystal for time degradation of methyl blue;secondly,in order to further improve the performance of monoclinic BiVO4crystals,then L-lysine reagent prepared by hydrothermal method synthesis of BiVO4/Bi2O3nano crystal composite material structure and photocatalytic properties by reasonable the ratio of bismuth and vanadium BiVO4/Bi2O3is monoclinic crystal materials that better performance of bismuth vanadate crystals.
