摘　　要：根据NM-圆射流盘制件的结构特点,对制件进行结构和CAE模流的分析,设计了NM-圆射流盘注射模具。注射模具结构一模成型一腔,选用潜伏式浇口和顶杆顶出。根据产品的浇口设计,应用塑料模具CAE软件在对其进行流动、保压、翘曲变形等模拟分析,根据CAE分析软件就给出的结论,完善了模具设计方案,最终出设计合理的模具结构方案。According to the structural characters of NM-circular jet,The product structure and CAE mold flow analysis,NM-circular jet injection mold is designed,The injection mold structure of a die cavity,Selects the latent type gate and ejection system with ejector pin.According to the product of the gate design,Application of plastic mould CAE softwareIn carries on the flow,pressure,buckling deformation simulation analysis,Conclusion according to the CAE analysis software is given,Improve the mold design,The final design reasonable mould structure scheme.
