摘 要:冷链系统中,需要对温湿度等信息进行实时监控并传输大量数据,同时,由于传感器本身特性很容易采集到错误数据,为解决这一问题,将数据融合技术应用到冷链监控系统中,并通过基于模糊理论的相关性函数疏失误差剔除方法将错误数据移除,提高了整个监控系统的可靠性及有效性。依据上述理论设计了一种冷链监控系统,详细介绍了冷链监控系统的整体结构,分析了系统的硬件及软件设计,并对整个系统进行了测试,测试结果表明,系统稳定可靠,该系统具有十分重要的市场应用价值。In cold chain system,it is necessary to monitor the temperature and humidity and transmit a large amount of data in real time.at the same time,it easily collected error data because of the characteristics of the sensor itself,in order to solve this problem,data fusion technology is applied to the cold chain monitoring system,and improve the reliability and validity of the whole monitoring system through removing the error data based on fuzzy theory of correlation function errors elimination method,design a kind of cold chain monitoring system on the basis of the above theoretical,the overall structure of the cold chain monitoring system are introduced in detail,the hardware and software design of the system are analyzed,and the whole system was tested,the test results show that,the system is stable and reliable.The system has very important application value in the market.
