见习护士手卫生影响因素及其管理措施的分析

摘　　要：本文以见习护士为研究对象,分析了手卫生的现状,寻找影响见习护士手卫生依从性的相关因素并提出相应的管理措施。研究结果表明,提高见习护士手卫生的依从性对降低医院感染具有重要的意义,有利于保护患者和自身的安全。采取相应的管理措施以提高见习护士手部卫生的依从性,能够减少医院交叉感染的发生率,同时为其今后的临床工作打下基础。This review fi rst explains the importance of hand hygiene,and then presents the status quo,management measures,and fi nally explains the signifi cance.Taking the trainee nurses as the research object,the present situation of hand hygiene was analyzed,and the related factors infl uencing the hand hygiene compliance of the trainee nurses were searched,and the corresponding management measures were put forward.The results show that improving the compliance of hand hygiene among nurses is of great signifi cance for reducing hospital infection and is conducive to the protection of patients and their own safety.The corresponding management measures should be taken to improve the hand hygiene compliance of nurses in the fi eld,which can reduce the incidence of cross infection and lay a foundation for future clinical work.
