摘 要:半片技术是降低组件封装损失、提高组件功率的有效途径。本文从半片电池组件功率提升和电池片阴影遮挡两方面进行研究。实验对比了144半片多晶组件与72片整片组件的电参数差异。实验表明,同效率电池制作的半片组件较常规整片组件功率高9 W,I_(max)和I_(sc)分别增加1.16%和1.32%。本文进一步研究了阴影遮挡对半片组件电性能的影响。半片电池组件和整片电池组件遮挡同样面积电池片,半片电池组件功率损失低于整片电池组件,当电池片的遮挡面积达到半片电池片的90%左右时,半片电池组件Vmax变为没有遮挡时的2/3左右。Application of halved size cells in photovoltaic(PV)modules is an efficient way to reduce the cell-to-module loss and increase the module power.In this work,the difference between halved size and full-size multicrystalline silicon solar modules were investigated from two aspects.The electrical parameters difference between144halved cells and72full size PV modules with same material combination was experimentally studied.It was found that the power increasing of the halved cell PV modules was above9W compared with the full size cell modules,the Imax increase of the halved cell PV modules was1.16%,and the Isc increase of the modules was1.32%.Furthermore,the electrical parameters under different shading conditions and different shading cell areas for halved size cells PV modules were discussed.The results showed that halved size cells PV modules have better performance under different cell shading conditions than full size cell modules.The Vmax of halved size cells module with90%shading areas decreased to2/3of that without shading.
