早期糖尿病周围血管病变中无创动脉检测血管彩超的诊断价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨早期糖尿病周围血管病变中无创动脉检测血管彩超的诊断价值。方法:选取本院于2016年6月~2017年6月收治的74例早期糖尿病周围血管病变患者,随机将其分为两组,一组为对照组,一组为研究组,每组各37例患者,给予对照组以常规化的血管检测治疗方法,给予研究组以无创动脉检测血管彩超的治疗方法,这种血管彩超包括对踝肱脉搏波传导速度(PWV)和对踝臂指数(ABI)的检测,比较观察两组患者经过治疗后在血管弹性和血管周围的各个功能的状况进行比较。结果:PWV随血管彩超结果的增加而增加,随血管彩超结果的减少而减少,二者呈现明显的正相关关系,ABI则与动脉狭窄程度的关联性不太明显。结论:在治疗初期,常规化血管检测方法与无创动脉检测血管彩超治疗方法都有不错的治疗效果,都具有诊断价值,但是相比之下,无创动脉检测血管彩超的治疗方法更具诊断的价值。Objective:To investigate the value of noninvasive arterial angiography in the diagnosis of early diabetic peripheral vascular disease.Methods:In our hospital from June2016to June2017were74cases of early diabetic peripheral vascular disease were randomly divided into two groups,one group as the control group,a group for the study group,37patients in each group,the control group was given routine treatment method of detecting blood vessels,giving treatment in the study group noninvasive detection of arterial vascular ultrasound,the vascular ultrasound of brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(PWV)and ankle brachial index(ABI)detection,comparison of two groups of patients were observed after treatment in each function of peripheral vascular elasticity and vascular status were compared.Results:PWV increased with the result of vascular color Doppler ultrasound,decreased with the result of vascular color Doppler ultrasound,the two showed a positive correlation,and the correlation between ABI and the degree of arterial stenosis was not obvious.Conclusion:In the treatment of early treatment,routine blood vessel detection method and detection of noninvasive arterial vascular ultrasound treatment methods have good effect,have diagnostic value,but compared with the treatment of noninvasive arterial vascular ultrasound detection has more diagnostic value.
