摘　　要：目的:探讨临床样本检验过程中血细胞形态学镜检标准的设立。方法:对本院2016年经血液分析仪检测中存在问题的临床标本进行涂片镜检后原因统计和分析。结果:白细胞分类计数异常的占42.5%,血红蛋白<70g/L的占15.3%,血小板异常的占7.7%等。结论:当血液分析仪检测结果白细胞总数高于20×10~9/L或低于4×10~9/L、血红蛋白<70g/L、血小板>600×~9/L或<80×10~9/L时必须及时镜检,这样才会使仪器检测与传统镜检完美结合,提高临床应用价值。Objective:To investigate the standard establishment of the microscopic examination of the blood cell morphology in the process of testing for clinical samples.Methods:The cause analysis and census of a smear of the clinical samples which have problems detected by the blood analyzer in our hospital in2016.Results:Among those samples,abnormal WBC differential count accounted for42.5%,hemoglobin<70g/L accounted for15.3%,platelet abnormalities accounted for7.7%,etc.Conclusion:When the detection results of blood analyzer in WBC amount more than20×109/L or less than4×109/L,hemoglobin<70g/L,platelet>600×109/L or<80×109/L,they must be timely microscopic examined,that will combine the instrument detection with traditional microscopic examination perfectly,and improve the clinical application value.
