运动疗法结合手法推拿对膝关节骨关节炎疗效及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动疗法联合手法推拿对膝关节骨性关节炎治疗效果和血液流变学的影响。方法:回顾2015年1月~2017年5月就诊的52例膝骨性关节炎患者,观察治疗效果、治疗前后血液流变学变化、膝关节功能及疼痛(VAS)评估。结果:患者经过治疗后纤维蛋白原、全血黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞电游时间及血浆黏度等检测指标均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05);患者治疗总有效率为94.23%;经治疗后患者膝关节疼痛和功能评估与治疗前对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法联合手法推拿治疗膝骨性关节炎患者,能有效降低血液流动性、血液粘度,缓解患者疼痛感,并改善关节功能,治疗效果确切,具有临床运用价值。Objective:To investigate the influence of motortherapy and manual massage on curative effect and hemorheology of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:52cases with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from January2015to May2017were selected.Observe the curative effect,blood rheology change before and after treatment,VAS score of the patients.Results:After treatment,fibrinogen,blood viscosity,HCT,erythrocyte electric tour time and plasma viscosity of patients were better than those before treatment(P<0.05);total efficiency of patients was94.23%;after treatment,knee pain and functional assessment had significant difference compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motortherapy and manual massage in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis can lower blood fluidity,blood viscosity,relieve pain,improve joint function.It has accurate curative effect and is worthy of clinic application.
