摘　　要：本文介绍了日照钢铁高炉煤气管道内壁防腐工艺及验收情况,WEGF高温型乙烯基鳞片特种喷涂料的特点,概述国内钢厂高炉煤气,干法除尘工艺下,管道内壁腐蚀及防腐工艺对比,以及目前国内高炉煤气管道内壁的腐蚀及防护情况,通过提出不同的防腐结构及施工工艺,为WEGF材料应用于高炉煤气管道内壁防腐蚀提供更多选择。This article describes the characteristics of the vinyl ester resin glass flake(WEGF)composite materials,as well as the process comparison of the corrosion state and anti-corrosion ofgas pipeline inwall of domestic blast furnace.Through proposing the different anti-corrosion structureand process of constructure,it provides more choicesfor WEGF material in the application in gaspipelineinwallforanti-corrosion of blast furnace
