摘 要:采用腐蚀电位、动电位极化曲线和微观形貌观察等方法研究交流电干扰对X80管线钢的腐蚀电化学行为影响,采用扫描电镜观测了试样表面腐蚀产物和腐蚀微观形貌。研究结果表明交流电干扰使X80管线钢的腐蚀电位向负方向偏移,随交流电密度的增大,X80管线钢的阳极溶解速率增大,腐蚀产物疏松,腐蚀形态由均匀腐蚀逐渐向局部腐蚀转变。由于交流电的整流效应、交变电场作用以及点蚀的自催化效应等综合作用,交流电干扰管线钢的腐蚀速率加快。Effects of AC interference on electrochemical behavior of X80pipeline steel wereinvestigated by open circuit potential and potential polarization curve.The surface corrosion productsand corrosion microstructure were observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showthat the alternating electrical interference causes the corrosion potential of X80pipeline steel to shift tonegative direction.With the increase of AC current density,the tendency of anode dissolution is moreobvious,and the corrosion pattern of pipeline steel is changed from uniform corrosion to local corrosion.Due to combined effect of rectification effect,the role of alternating electric field and self-catalyzed effectof pitting corrosion,the corrosion rate of the pipeline steel under the alternating current interference wereaccelerated,and the corrosion products are looser.
