摘　　要：海洋钢结构物和石油化工钢结构模块化工厂属高火险区域,当火灾发生时,为赢得火灾扑救和人员逃生时间,被动防火方式中的防火涂料被广泛应用。本文阐述了防火涂层的基本特点、涂层系统组成、施工工序、涂层修补程序等。重点介绍了膨胀型环氧防火涂料的施工方法(采用无气喷涂的方式)及涂层膜厚控制的要求和测量方法,供从事海洋钢结构物和石油化工钢结构模块化工厂防火涂料施工的相关工作人员参考。Marine steel structures and petroleum chemical industry steel structure modular factorybelong to high risk areas,when the fire broke out,fireproofing coat is widely used in passive fire protectionway to win time for extinguishing and personnel evacuation.This paper describes the basic feature、system composition、application process、coating repaired process of intumescent epoxy fireproofingcoat and so on.Focuses on the application(airless spraying)and film thickness control request andmeasurement of fireproofing coating,which could be used as reference for the relevant staff who applyfireproofing coat in marine steel structures and petrochemical steel module area.
