摘 要:针对旋流器在井下油水分离的应用过程中,壁面随螺杆泵旋转这一问题,本文基于大涡模拟(LES)方法对壁面旋转旋流分离器内部流场进行数值模拟,并通过LDV测试结果验证了模型的可靠性,得到了壁面旋转旋流分离器内部流场的分布规律。结果表明,正转时,外涡流区的切向速度逐渐增加,内涡流区切向速度增加不明显,轴向速度的变化梯度增大,反转时,影响趋势则正好相反。且旋转效应对不同轴向位置截面的影响并不相同,轴向速度有较明显的差异。According to the application of hydrocyclone in the oil and water separation,the problem about the wall surfacerotates with the screw pump.This paper based on large eddy simulation(LES)method to do a numerical simulation of theinternal flow field of a wall rotating hydrocyclone,the reliability of the model was verified by LDV test results,obtained thedistribution law of the internal flow field in the wall rotating hydrocyclone.The results show,when forward,the tangential velocityin the outer vortex area gradually increase,the tangential velocity in the inner vortex area increase is not obvious,The change ofaxial velocity gradient increases,when reversal,effect trend is just opposite.And the impact of surface rotation in different axiallocation of the section is not the same,axial velocity has obvious differences.
