摘 要:离心泵反转作透平(PAT)作为一种方便快捷的能量回收装置,具有显著的工农业应用价值,PAT应用的前提是掌握离心泵正反转模式下性能参数的换算关系。本文从有限叶片数的欧拉方程和转轮进出口速度三角形出发,推导了PAT转轮特性方程。借鉴离心泵叶轮和压水室的特性匹配原理,由PAT转轮与压水室特性方程联立求解获得了PAT的最优工况点流量、扬程等参数的预测计算公式。该性能预测方法仅需已知转轮和压水室的几何参数而不受比转速等条件的限制,具有通用性和实用性。预测方法得到了PAT的实测结果的验证,性能预测和试验结果的相对误差都在工程允许的范围内,表明本文所提出的性能预测方法是切实可行的,可为PAT的选型及应用提供理论依据。Pump as turbine(PAT)can recycle the energy conveniently and quickly,and has significant application value in theindustry and agriculture.The precondition of PAT application is to understand the conversion factors of performance parameterbetween the pump mode and the turbine mode for a centrifugal pump.The PAT rotor characteristic equation was deduced inthis paper,based on Euler equation of rotomachinery and velocity relations of rotor inlet and outlet.According to the principle ofcharacteristic matching between impeller and volute in a centrifugal pump,the formula was obtained for predicting the optimalpoint parameters such as flow rate and head of PAT.The performance prediction method is universal and practical,only needs thegeometry parameters of rotor and volute without restriction in specific speeds.The prediction method was validated by experimentresults of PAT,and the errors between prediction and experiment results were within the tolerance of engineering.That indicates theperformance prediction method developed in this paper is feasible and can provide theoretical tool in selection and operation of PAT.
