摘 要:利用ANSYS软件建立了带聚四氟乙烯挡圈的丁腈橡胶星形密封圈结构的二维轴对称几何模型,分析了静压工作状态和往复运动状态下其密封机理、密封性能,并预测了星形密封圈易发生失效的具体部位。结果表明:在高压(流体压力>10MPa)条件下,使用挡圈可以有效缓和星形密封圈的应力集中现象;星形密封圈非压力侧的内侧凸圆靠近挡圈区域易发生磨损失效;内侧的凹圆部位易发生撕裂失效。The two-dimensional axial symmetric model of Nitrile rubber X-ring seal with PTFE backup ring structure used inhydraulic servo system was created by using the ANSYS software.Thesealing mechanism and sealing performance of the staticpressure working state and reciprocating motion state were analyzed,and the specific location of the failure of the sealing X-ringwaspredicted.The results showed that the stress concentration phenomenon of the sealing X-ring can be effectively eased with backupring structure under the condition of high pressure which means medium pressure larger than10MPa.The areaof convex of thesealing X-ring in the side withoutpressure which contact with the backup ring prone to wear,and the concavity of the sealing X-ringnear to the piston rod is easy to tear off.
