摘 要:为了研究盘形滚刀破岩过程中刀刃应力分布规律,利用数值模拟对滚刀破岩过程进行分析,同时,进行盘形滚刀切削岩石过程中刀刃应力应变测试。研究结果表明:在滚刀破岩过程中,刀刃应力从刃底沿径向逐渐减小,且最大值位于刃底边缘;刃底径向应力从接触岩石到最大侵深过程中经历加载-峰值-卸载3个阶段;随着滚压时间的变化,刀刃切向应力值符号发生改变,而径向应力值则一直保持为非正;随着贯入度增加,径向应力与切向应力均变大,且径向应力变化趋势更明显。此外,刀刃径向应力明显大于切向应力。In order to study the stress distribution on the blade in the process of rock breaking by the disc cutter,numerical simulation was used to analyze the process.Meanwhile,the stress-strain on the blade was tested in theprocess of rock cutting.Research results show that the blade stress decreases radially from the bottom edge andthe maximum is located at the bottom edge of the blade in the process of rock breaking.The radial stressexperiences Load-Peak-Unload three stages from contact to maximum penetration depth.With the change ofrolling time,the symbol of blade tangential stress changes,but the radial stress keeps non-positive.When thepenetration of the disc cutter increases,both radial stress and tangential stress increase,and the variation trend oftangential stress is more obvious.In addition,the radial stress on the blade is significantly greater than tangentialstress.
