摘 要:根据散体力学原理分析换枕机扒砟过程扒齿受力情况,得出影响换枕机扒砟过程道砟阻力特性的主要因素为道砟密实度及扒砟速度;应用离散元软件EDEM建立道床离散元模型对换枕机扒砟过程进行仿真,仿真分析换枕机在不同扒砟速度下不同扒砟阶段的道砟阻力变化规律,得到扒砟速度与扒砟过程道砟阻力的关系,明确了换枕机扒砟过程道砟阻力特性,进而得出基于换枕机工作效率条件下的最大道砟阻力值,为换枕机结构强度设计及其液压系统稳定性研究奠定基础。In this paper,based on the principle of granular mechanics,the raking tooth force of sleeperreplacement machine ballast raking process was analyzed.It was found that ballast compactness and ballast rakingspeed were the main factors affecting ballast resistance characteristic.Ballast bed discrete element model wasestablished with the discrete element software EDEM and sleeper replacement machine ballast raking process wassimulated.The change rule of ballast resistance was studied at different ballast raking stages under differentballast raking speeds.The ballast resistance characteristics of ballast raking process was obtained and themaximum ballast resistance value under the condition of the machine working efficiency was obtained as well.Itcan provide the basis for the design of the structural strength and the research of the hydraulic system stability.
