摘　　要：目的分析整形手术在尿道下裂成形术后阴茎阴囊外形缺陷中的应用价值。方法选择尿道下裂成形术后阴茎阴囊外形缺陷患者41例,依照患者具体缺陷类型选择整形手术方式,观察手术效果。结果手术成功40例,成功率97.6%(40/41);切口均一期愈合率100.0%(41/41)。并发症发生率4.9%(2/41);整形效果满意率95.1%(39/41)。结论采用针对性整形手术方式治疗尿道下裂成形术后阴茎阴囊外形缺陷时,效果良好,可明显改善阴茎阴囊形态,提高外形美观度。Objective To analyze the application value of plastic surgery in the defect of the penile scrotum after the urethral cleft.Methods In this paper,41patients with the defect of the scrotum of the penile scrotum were selected after the hypospadias,and the surgical method was selected according to the specific defect type of the patient.Results The success rate was97.6%(40/41).The incisions all healed at100.0%(41/41).Complication rate was4.9%(2/41);The satisfaction rate was95.1%(39/41).Conclusion It is effective to treat the defect of the scrotum of the penile scrotum with targeted plastic surgery,which can obviously improve the form of the scrotum of the penis and improve its appearance.
