摘　　要：目的分析处女膜修补术患者心理状态,制定相应的心理干预计划。方法选取2015年6月至2017年1月来我院行处女膜修补术65例女性患者进行研究。对所有手术患者,研究形式采用分组对比,分组依据为两组患者接受的护理方法不同,A1组(n=32)接受围术期常规护理,A2组(n=33)在常规护理的基础上给予针对性心理干预。最终对两组患者心理状态、护理满意度等多项指标展开对比。结果干预后,A2组焦虑、抑郁程度较干预前及同期A1组有明显缓解,且相比A1组,A2组对护理工作满意度评价明显更优,组间差异显著,符合统计学判断标准,P<0.05。结论针对处女膜修补术患者存在不同心理问题采取相应的干预对策,可有效改善其负面情绪,提高手术效果,真正帮助患者走出阴影,从而提高患者满意度评价。Objective To analyze the psychological status of the patients with hymen repair,and make the corresponding psychological intervention plan.Methods Select65hymen repair patients treated from June2015to January2017in our hospital,which was divided to A1group(N=32)with perioperative routine nursing care and A2group(N=33)using targeted psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing,and compare such indexes as psychological status,nursing satisfaction and other indicators.Result After the intervention,the anxiety and depression in the A2group were significantly relieved compared with those in the A1group before intervention and during the corresponding period,and the nursing satisfaction evaluation of A2group was significantly better,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intervention measures for different psychological problems of hymen repair patients can effectively improve the negative emotions and the operation effect,which really help them go out of the shadows so as to improve the satisfaction evaluation.
