摘 要:目的探索一种适合整形美容门诊的护理管理模式。方法以本科室门诊病人为中心,实施精细化管理(包括优质服务措施、组织相关培训、细化护理职责及各项规章制度等)。结果护理质量成绩达98%以上,病人对护理满意率达99.4%。结论将精细化管理应用到优质护理服务中能够不断提升优质护理服务质量,使所有的服务更加具体与明确,从而更有效改进护理服务质量,提高病人满意度。Objective To explore a kind of nursing management model suitable for plastic surgery clinic.Methods Outpatients in department clinic were given Fine management,including quality service measures,organizing related training,refining nursing responsibilities and rules and regulations,etc.Results The total score of nursing quality control was above98%,and the satisfaction rate of the patients was99.4%.Conclusion Applying fine management to high quality nursing service can improve the quality of high quality nursing service,make all the services more specific and definite,effectively improve the quality of nursing services,improve patient satisfaction.
