摘 要:目的比较菌丝相下球形孢子丝菌与孢子丝菌属其它菌种的形态特征差异,探讨鉴定球形孢子丝菌的形态学。方法分别接种15株从临床分离的中国球形孢子丝菌和6株其它孢子丝菌属模式菌株,用光学显微镜从菌落、菌丝、孢子形态及生长速度进行比较。结果球形孢子丝菌镜下形态为球形或倒梨型,申克孢子丝菌模式菌株镜下呈长杆状;临床分离菌株生长缓慢,环境菌株生长较快。结论球形孢子丝菌与孢子丝菌属其他菌种在菌落颜色、生长速度、镜下菌丝、孢子均存在差异,为临床快速有效鉴别孢子丝菌菌种奠定基础。Objective Comparison of morphological characteristics of spherical mycelial phase of Sporothrix schenckii and other strains of Sporothrix,to investigate the morphological identification method of spherical sporotrichosis.Methods15strains isolated from clinical isolates of Sporothrix China spherical bacteria and6strains of other Sporothrix strains were inoculated;The colony,hyphae,spore morphology and growth rate were compared by light microscopy.Results The spherical Sporothrix morphology under microscope for spherical or inverted pear,and Sporothrix schenckii strains under microscope were rod-shaped.The clinical isolates grew slowly and the environmental isolates grew rapidly.Conclusion There are differences in the color of colonies,the growth rate,the microscopic hyphae and the spores of other species,which lays the foundation for the rapid and effective identification of filamentous bacteria.
