摘　　要：构建评价指标体系,借助综合指数法对六盘水市2003~2014年的经济系统脆弱性进行评价,结果显示:六盘水市经济系统敏感性先上升(2003~2011),后下降(2012~2014),而应对能力则逐步提高;经济系统脆弱性2003~2006年增大,2007~2014年减小;脆弱性等级由高度脆弱演变为目前的中度脆弱。在此基础上,进一步提出了降低六盘水市经济系统脆弱性的措施。The author firstly constructs evaluation index system,then evaluates on the vulnerability of Liupanshui’s economic system from2003to2014by means of the comprehensive index method.The results indicate that the sensitivity of Liupanshui’s economic system firstly rises(2003~2011),then declines(2012~2014),and the coping ability gradually improve;the vulnerability of Liupanshui’s economic system enlarges from2003to2006and reduces from2007to2014;vulnerability level evolves from high vulnerability to moderate vulnerability now;based on this,the author puts forward the measures to reduce the vulnerability of Liupanshui’s economic system.
