大学生生活倦怠与人格关系研究

摘　　要：采用生活倦怠调查问卷和大五人格量表,对某高校135名心理学专业本科生进行调查,通过SPSS16.0软件分析研究大学生生活倦怠与人格关系,帮助大学生摆脱生活倦怠现状,提高生活积极性。研究结果:心理学专业大学生生活倦怠处于中等水平;生活倦怠和人格在性别上无统计学差异,在年级上有统计学差异;生活倦怠与神经质呈正相关,与人格及其他各维度呈负相关。研究结论:人格及其各变量对生活倦怠具有显著的预测作用。This paper,through a questionnaire and the NEO Five-Factor Inventory(NEO-FFI)on the135undergraduates majored in psychology and relevant data analysis,tries to make a research on the relationship between life burnout and personality in order to improve their mental health.The results show that:The life burnout level of the subjects is intermediate.There is no difference in gender but some difference in grades statistically.There is a negative correlation between life burnout and personality in terms of extraversion,open-mindedness,pleasantness,and caution but a positive correlation in terms of neuroticism which accounts for64.4%in total.It is concluded that personality and its variants have great impact on the prediction of life burnout.
