4040半自动生化分析仪在献血前初筛中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析4040半自动生化分析仪在献血前初筛中的应用效果。方法分别对4040半自动生化分析仪检测ALT的准确性、重复性、乳糜测定效果进行统计学分析。结果用4040半自动生化分析仪测定ALT定值血清结果,t=0.131,P>0.05;测定无偿献血者标本ALT,批内CV为2.01%,日间CV为3.8%;测定室内质控血清,批内CV为1.88%、日间CV为3.58%;与其他仪器检测ALT比较血液报废率,P<0.01;与未使用4040进行乳糜测定前比较血液报废率,P<0.01。结论用4040半自动生化分析仪速率法检测ALT,结果准确,重复性好,检测乳糜结果可靠,转氨酶复检不合格率及乳糜报废率均有明显下降。Objective Analyse the application effect of4040semi-automatic biochemical analyzer in Pre-donation screening.Methods Statistical analysis of accuracy,repeatability,determination of chyle effect with4040semi-automatic biochemical analyzer used to detect ALT was respectively performed.Results We used4040semi-automatic biochemical analyzer to detect ALT calibration serum,t=0.131,P>0.05,to detect ALT of voluntary blood donors specimens,intra and inter assay variations(CV)were2.01%and3.8%respectively,to detect ALT of internal quality control serum,intra and inter assay variations(CV)were1.88%and3.58%respectively.Blood condemnation rate was compared with using other instruments to detect ALT or unusing4040semi-automatic biochemical analyzer to detect chyle,P<0.01.Conclusions With4040semi-automatic biochemical analyzer to detect ALT,results have high accuracy and good repetition,also determination of chyle is reliable,both ALT reinspection unqualified rate and blood condemnation rate were significantly reduced.
