摘  要:目的建立佳尔纳与维生素C注射液的配伍稳定性考察方法。方法双波长紫外分光光度法。结果甲硝唑浓度为5~10μg/mL,维生素C浓度为5~10μg/mL,浓度C与吸收度A均呈良好的线性关系,回归方程分别为:C=18.80A+0.1315(r=0.9999)及C=11.78A-0.0286(r=0.9999)。平均回收率分别为99.54%及99.95%。结论本法原理简单,操作简便,重复性好,结果准确,可作为稳定性的考察方法。Objective To establish a method for the stability of Disodium phosphate for injection match with Vitamin C injection.Method Dual-wavelength spectrophotometry.Results The concentration of metronidazde Disodiun phosphate range from5-10μg/mL,and that of Vitamin C from5-10μg/mL,the linear regression equation was C=18.80A+0.1315(r=0.9999),and C=11.78A-0.0286(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate were99.54%and99.95%respectively.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate which can be used for stability studying Metronidazole Disodium phosphate for injection match with Vitamin C injection.
