摘　　要：目的对医院常用注射剂的储存、养护管理提出建议。方法对常用注射剂储存条件进行分类整理,分析关键影响因素;结合日常工作总结养护管理要点。结果和结论光线、温度、湿度是影响注射剂质量的关键因素,储存要注意避光和控制温、湿度;养护管理要严格执行储存、养护制度和报损销毁制度,定期检查注射剂是否变质,说明书有无修订,定期校准仪器,规范高危药品存放标志及效期管理,冷库应用温控预警系统,注意拆零注射剂的存放,避免特殊时节温、湿度的不合理。Objective To make recommendations on the storage,maintenance and management of commonly used injections in hospitals.Methods The storage conditions of commonly used injections were sorted and analyzed,and the key influencing factors were analyzed.The main points of conservation and management were summarized.Results and Conclusions Light,temperature,humidity is the key factor affecting the quality of injections,storage should pay attention to avoid light and control the temperature and humidity;conservation and management to strictly implement the storage,maintenance system and report the destruction of the system,regularly check whether the injection deterioration,Whether the revision of the manual,regular calibration equipment,regulate the storage of high-risk drugs and the validity of the management,cold storage application temperature control early warning system,pay attention to the storage of zero injection,to avoid special temperature and humidity unreasonable.
