复方利多卡因乳膏联合双氯芬酸钠栓配合一次性包皮环切器在包皮环切术中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方利多卡因乳膏联合双氯芬酸钠栓配合一次性包皮环切器在包皮环切术中的应用效果。方法:收治包皮过长患者280例,随机分为A组和B组。A组采用复方利多卡因乳膏外用联合双氯芬酸钠栓塞肛配合一次性包皮环切器行包皮环切术;B组采用盐酸利多卡因注射液局部麻醉行传统包皮环切术。结果:两组手术时间、麻醉疼痛评分、术中疼痛评分、术中出血量、术后外观满意度、术后并发症发生率、切口愈合时间比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方利多卡因联合双氯芬酸钠栓配合一次性包皮环切器行包皮环切术的手术时间、麻醉疼痛评分、术中疼痛评分、术中失血量、术后外观满意度均优于传统包皮环切术;而术后并发症、伤口愈合时间均劣于传统包皮手术。Objective:To investigate the effect of compound lidocaine cream combined with diclofenac sodium suppository and disposable circumcision device in circumcision.Methods:280patients with redundant prepuce were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group were treated with compound lidocaine cream combined with diclofenac sodium and anal circumcision with disposable circumcision device.The B group were received traditional circumcision with lidocaine hydrochloride injection local anesthesia.Results:The differences in operation time,intraoperative anesthesia pain score,score,amount of bleeding,postoperative appearance satisfaction,postoperative complication rate,wound healing time of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional circumcision compound lidocaine combined with diclofenac sodium and disposable circumcision treatment were better in circumcision surgery time,anesthesia pain score,intraoperative pain score,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative appearance satisfaction than the conventional circumcision treatment;and postoperative complications,wound healing time were inferior to the traditional circumcision.
