参附注射液联合长春西汀治疗老年慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参附注射液联合长春西汀治疗老年人慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性老年CHF患者90例,随机平分两组。对照组给予常规抗心衰治疗,治疗组在此基础上静脉滴注参附注射液及长春西汀注射液1个疗程(14 d)。结果:对照组总有效率77.8%,治疗组总有效率95.6%(P<0.05);治疗组LVEF、E/A、CO和SV改善更为明显,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参附注射液联合长春西汀治疗老年CHF安全、有效,可有效改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenfu injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods:90elderly patients with CHF were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine anti heart failure treatment,and the treatment group was given intravenous injection of Shenfu injection and vinpocetine injection for1courses(14d).Results:The total effective rate of the control group was77.8%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was95.6%(P<0.05).The improvement of LVEF,E/A,CO and SV in the treatment group was more obvious,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Shenfu injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of elderly CHF is safe and effective.It can effectively improve the heart function and improve the quality of life of patients.
