摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛性急性心肌梗死患者的急诊护理方法与效果。方法:收治无痛性急性心肌梗死患者90例,平分两组。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施急诊综合护理干预。对两组患者好转率、死亡率及护理满意度进行观察与记录,并实施统计学分析。结果:研究组患者好转率与护理满意度显著高于对照组,死亡率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将急诊综合护理干预应用在无痛性急性心肌梗死患者中,不仅可以明显提高好转率,减少死亡,而且能提高护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the emergency nursing methods and effects of patients with painless acute myocardial infarction.Methods:90patients with painless acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were divided into the two groups on average.The control group received routine nursing care,and the research group implemented emergency comprehensive nursing intervention.The improvement rate,mortality rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were observed and recorded,and statistical analysis was carried out.Results:The improvement rate and the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,while the mortality rate was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of emergency comprehensive nursing intervention in painless acute myocardial infarction patients can not only significantly improve the rate of improvement,reduce death,but also improve the satisfaction rate of nursing.
